We Listen First

Before any advice, we want to hear your situation fully. Pension matters often carry worry and confusion — we make space for that.

Plain Language Throughout

We translate legal and administrative language into terms that make sense for you — no unnecessary jargon, no vague explanations.

Your Pace, Not Ours

We do not push decisions. You will have the time and information you need to feel comfortable before taking any step.

Fully Confidential

Everything you share with us remains private. Legal professional privilege applies, and we handle your information with care.

Based in Bangkok

Our office is on Silom Road in Bang Rak, accessible to those across Bangkok and the broader Central Thailand region.

Honest About Outcomes

We set realistic expectations from the outset. If a course of action is unlikely to help, we will tell you — respectfully and clearly.

No Pressure. No Rush.

Have questions about your pension?
We are happy to listen.

Sometimes it helps simply to have a conversation with someone who understands the process. Reach out when you feel ready — there is no commitment involved in an initial enquiry.

Common Questions

Things People Often Ask

What does a pension entitlement review actually involve?
We look carefully at the pension records, decision letters, and correspondence you have received. We then explain in plain terms what those documents mean, where we think things stand, and what options may be open to you. The first conversation is unhurried and focusses entirely on understanding your situation.
How long does a pension dispute or appeal typically take?
It depends significantly on the body involved and the complexity of the matter. Some straightforward correspondence takes a few weeks; more formal appeals or complex cases may run for several months. We will give you an honest indication once we have understood the specifics of your situation.
Are your fees fixed or might they change during the process?
The prices listed — ฿7,200 for a review, ฿11,000 for dispute support, ฿13,800 for full representation — are starting figures. Before you commit to anything, we will explain clearly what is included and whether we anticipate any additional costs. We do not proceed without your informed agreement.
Is the information I share kept private?
Yes. Legal professional privilege applies to communications between you and Ratana Law. We handle all personal information with care and in accordance with our privacy policy. Nothing you share is disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.
Do I need to come to your office, or can we speak remotely?
Initial conversations can take place by phone, video call, or in person at our Silom Road office — whichever suits you. For more complex matters, some in-person or document-exchange steps may be needed, but we will explain this as it arises.
I am not sure I have a strong case. Is it still worth enquiring?
Absolutely. Many people come to us unsure whether their concern is worth pursuing. Our role in an initial review is exactly to help you understand what you have — and to be honest if we think action is unlikely to change the outcome. You will leave knowing more, whatever the situation turns out to be.
